This is important so you can be very clear on why you want to invest in property, so you can stay focused on achieving that outome.  Mentoring with me is outcome focused and results driven.

My background is in IT Project Management, having worked with large blue chip organisations such as IBM.  I bring with me 20 years of man managment capabilities such as Leadership, Systems and Processes, KPI's, Risk Awareness & Mitigation, Budget Management and Reporting. 

My mentoring will help you evolve into a Strategic Investor and move away from being a Generic Investor!

Your Plan

You'll create along with my help, a clear, actionable investing plan that will be based on achieving your desired financial goals.  It will identify your buying budget, the approach, the steps, risks, responsibilities and dependencies to deliver it to an agreed timeframe.  Either a 6 Month or a 12 Month plan.

Your Budget

True property investing requires money to build wealth. True wealth comes from owning assets, not simpy controlling them via paperwork.  Cash flow and Wealth are two different things and my objective is to help you achieve both, not just cash flow.  You'll need money to start investing and I choose to only work with people who have the money to actually start, and the capability and desire, to achieve their financial goals.

Your Growth

I'm offering a 6 month or a 12 month mentoring program, that if you show up and do the work, will propell you to another level and move you closer to your desired outcome. Most people want to become financially free and realise that property investing has the ability to make this happen. I was in the same place as you and wanted to generate another income stream, so I could quit my day job and live life on my own terms and choose what I do with my time each day.  I now live that lifestyle and there is no reason why you cannot achieve the same result too.

Your Result

Anything worthwhile requires a commitment and sacrifice.  Nothing worth having is easy or problem free! I'm sure you already know that :)  The result you achieve will be directly proportinal to the amount of effort you put in.  I only want work with people who show up, do the work and are committed.  This is my work ethic and I expect the same in others so you can achieve the results you want.
